The training program is based on the pull-push system. One day pulling muscles, the next day pushing muscles. Thanks to this system it is possible to train two days in a row, thereby increasing the amount of training, and as an addition to adjust to the work schedule.

Efficiency is no worse than in FULL BODY, because you can do more volume per week. Since the muscles are stimulated to grow at least 2 times a week without overstraining them. Which in the end will give a better result than the chest/back/shoulders type programs, according to numerous studies.
